Do you sell any used or reconditioned products?We sell both Factory Closeout (new) products and Factory Reconditioned products on the Outlet. The Factory Reconditioned products are tested by the original factory to ensure proper operation of the product. Factory Reconditioned products may have slight blemishes in the finish.

How can I find the status on my order?To view your Order Status and Order Information, log into your account at My Account. Once there you click on the My Orders link, and from there you will find the status of your order(s).

How long does it take to ship an order?In most cases, orders shipped via regular UPS Ground Service are shipped 1-5 business days after the receipt of the order. Orders requested to be shipped via UPS Next Day Air must be received no later than 1 p.m. central time in order to ship the same day. Any orders received after 1 p.m. will not be shipped until the next business day.

What does Order Processing mean?"Processing" means your order has been submitted to the warehouse and is being prepared for shipment. Over 98% of our orders are in stock and ship out via UPS Ground within 1-5 business days. At times, there could be a 24-48 hour delay in updated Order Status information.

How can I place my order?You can place your order online via the Heath/Zenith Online Outlet by placing the quantity of the product you wish to order in your shopping cart, or you may call Heath/Zenith Customer Service at 800-858-8501 (8am-5pm CST). Orders will be accepted for products offered only on the online outlet.
